What I’d like to talk about today is, getting down a good routine for your when you apply your acne cream. After you have found a cream that is right for you, you need to figure out when to apply it. What I like to do is:
1) Wash my face in warm water (prefferably with a mild soap).
2} Rinse my face with even warmer water (as hot as you can stand).
3) Apply a liberal amount of alcohol right after you gently pat your face dry (the reason for right after is because the hot water will open up your pores).
4) Rinse your face with cool water (to close your pores).
5) Apply your usual acne cream.
These are the five steps I like to use on a daily basis. More than once if you feel you need to. You can tweak them in any way you feel is necessary. Well, I hope you all learned that sometimes, routine isn’t such a bad thing. Until next time, you know where to find me…

Let’s talk about acne and some ways to prevent it. Prevention is easier then you would think. All you need to do is watch your intake of sugar in what you eat and drink, such as soda, chocolate, and high in sugar food. Get lots of rest, at least 7 hours a night. Wash your face, dirty pores are acne’s best friend. And don’t get too stressed out, stress is one of the main causes of acne, especially in teenagers.
Age plays a big role in acne, too, but you can’t really do anything about your age, can you? But that’s ok, just follow those guidelines, and you should be ok. If not, then maybe you should try some different types of creams. Spot treatments are really great for small breakouts. Other times you may need an acne kit to take care of your breakouts. If you’ve tried all these things, and you still find yourself having breakouts, maybe you should try a doctor. He or she will be able to tell you what to do for your breakouts. Have a great day.

I’d like to talk to you about today is, the wonders of photoshop. Now what does photoshop have to do with acne? Well, from what I remember, the school used to offer photoshop for those select few that had really bad acne. Yes, this is a nice gesture on the schools part, but does it really work? And the answer is, yes. I remember going to school with a lot of kids who had acne REALLY bad. And I’m not trying to make fun in any way.
But I have to say, the photoshop really helped their acne. Luckily, I never had to use the photoshop stuff. And I’m still very happy about that. But that doesn’t mean my pictures were any less creepy, lol. Well, I guess that’s all for today. Remember kids, on picture day, ask for photoshop. Until next time, you know where to find me…

There are so many acne creams out there, it’s so hard to find the one that’s right for you. Most of them are fairly priced and easy to get. You can usually just run in WalMart and grab one. Some, you have to see a doctor for, depending on how bad your acne is. But most of the time, you can find what you need at in the skin care isle. How convenient, huh. With all the different types, you need to know what you’re looking for.
You don’t just want to grab the first thing you see, you need to figure out if you have sensitive skin or not, because you could just make your acne worse if you get something that you are allergic to. There are also kits you can get, like Pro-Active and the stuff from WalMart, not sure the name. But they’re both pretty cheap. Hope that helps some. Have a great day.

Well, I guess i’ll start now. I’m going to talk about the causes of acne. There are so many different reasons for acne: Stress is one of the main causes of acne. There’s also, age, which we all know plays a major part in it. Dirt is another big cause of acne, You need to always wash your face before bedtime, that’s a bg problem with alot of people. After a hard day, you come home and go strait to bed wthout washing your face.
All that dirt and sweat from the day turns into bacteria, and that causes acne. So, there they are, the main reasones for acne. Just remember, try not to stress, age (well, there’s nothing you can do about that), and cleanliness. Hope that helps some of you. And for the others, with acne so bad, you may need to see a doctor. Well, have a great day.

I’ve never been big on acne cream. Almost all of it breaks me out at some point. That’s because I have really sensitive skin. Anyway, I like to use that 8 hour blemish remover if anything. But my sister on the other hand, she loves the cream. She uses a moisturizer pretty much on a daily basis. Personally, I don’t know where she find the will power to do it. Well anyway, I’m not here to talk about my sister and her addictions, I’m here to talk about how often you should use acne cream.
And that right there depends on how severe your acne is. Some have little to none, but the other poor people can hardly see through the pimples on their eyelids. Well, maybe not their eyelids, but anyway. This is something that you need to talk to your doctor about. Cause even the most mild for of acne still should be checked out by your doctor. But not everyone is up for that. So ask yourself this, “Doctor or self picked out cream.” Well, until next time, you know where to find me…
